Money questions
What exactly costs a credit?
Every second of finished video is 1 credit (a 5-second hook is 5, a 15-second scene is 15). Every rendered ad image is 1 credit, whichever size. Writing the script, staging the product, captions, language changes and downloads cost nothing.
What if a render fails?
The credits come back automatically, every time. You only pay for ads that finish.
Do plan credits roll over?
Yes. Plan credits are added on every paid renewal and never expire, so unused credits stay in your balance. Cancel any time from the billing portal; you keep what you have.
Do packs expire?
No. Packs are one-time purchases and the credits stay until you use them.
Which currency, which cards, which countries?
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs on Stripe and accepts cards from any country, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Where VAT, GST or sales tax applies it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I use the ads commercially?
Yes. Everything you render is yours to use in paid campaigns, on your site and in your stores, without a watermark or attribution.
Do I get an invoice?
Every payment produces a Stripe receipt and invoice with your business details; download them from the billing portal any time.
Is there an agency or team plan?
The 10,000-credit pack is priced for agencies ($0.12 per credit) and never expires. For invoicing, volume above that or multiple seats, contact support.
