Failed renders

If a render fails for any reason — a model error, a safety decline, a timeout — the credits it charged are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for an ad that did not finish.

Results you don't like

Generation is creative and non-deterministic: the same brief renders differently each time. A finished render that you simply don't like is not refundable, but tell us — if a product is consistently rendered wrong we will look at it and often credit you.

Credit packs and plans

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request. Plan charges are refundable within 7 days of a renewal if no credits from that renewal were used. Cancel a plan any time from the billing portal; credits already added stay yours.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from your account e-mail with the order or ad link. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
