1. The service

ads.fan (“we”, “us”) is an AI ad studio operated by Premiums Only LLC. You upload information and images about a product; we generate video ads, ad images and copy from them using third-party AI models. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors or artefacts; review everything before you publish it.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure — you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of what you upload and you confirm you have the rights to it (your product, your photos, your logo). Do not upload other people's trademarks, likenesses or copyrighted material without permission. We use your uploads only to generate your ads and to operate the service.

4. Generated ads

You own the ads rendered for your products and may use them commercially anywhere. The UGC creators are synthetic; you may not present them as real people, endorsements or testimonials from actual customers, and you must follow the advertising rules of the platforms and countries where you run ads (including labelling AI-generated content where required).

5. Prohibited content

No adult or sexual content, no weapons or drugs, no medical, financial or political claims that are false or misleading, no content targeting minors, no harassment or hate. The models' safety filters may decline a render; credits for declined renders are returned.

6. Credits and payment

Work is paid in credits: one credit per second of finished video and one per rendered image. Credits are charged when a render starts and returned automatically if it fails. Plans add credits on each paid renewal; packs are one-time. Credits do not expire, are not transferable and have no cash value. New accounts may receive up to 5 promotional credits; an account whose owner already used the free hook receives none. Payments are processed by Stripe. See the Refund policy.

7. Availability

We depend on third-party AI providers and may change models, styles and limits. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. We may retain or delete rendered files after a reasonable period; download what you need.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for how you use generated ads or for third-party platform decisions.
